What started as a passion for baking and experimenting in the kitchen took a U-turn, and her love for baking and enthusiasm reached so high that she started learning new techniques through trial and error, research, and practice. She referred to several books, online resources, and videos to gain more knowledge on baking and started with simple recipes to enjoy treats at home or satisfy the sweet tooth.
After getting her basics right in the kitchen and getting appreciation from the family, she was motivated to get professionally trained, and she decided to take the leap into professional baking.
Forum became a certified pastry chef through formal training. Completing a certified course in her passion gave her the confidence to pursue a professional baking career, allowing her to combine creativity, precision, and passion to consistently produce high-quality baked goods.
Forum loves to serve her delicacies to people and bring smiles to their faces, her specialties include brownies, cookies, loaf and focaccia breads, and cupcakes baked with love.
